Christmas Party 2017
On 14 December 2017, the entire community at Islander Pre-School had an amazing time celebrating Christmas. A big thank you to the Parent Volunteers who made it such a huge success.
Christmas Party activities included:
1. Meet-and- Greet Santa at North Pole- Included story-telling by Santa and Santa also gave out a small goodie bag that we prepared! The goodie bag was fun to put together because we had to provide pieces of snack and it was titled, Do You Want to Build A Snowman? The children could piece together the pieces at home to build Olaf from Frozen!
2. Unwrapped! – Children had to work their fine motor skills and unwrap layers and layers of wrapping paper to reveal the present underneath.
3. Caroling in Class – Sang songs like Jingle Bell to spread the Christmas cheer
4. Treasure Hunt- Children had to keep their eyes peeled and spot hidden candy canes around the school
